What techniques do you use?

Our signature approach is Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) — a full-body manual protocol focused on posture and biomechanics. Alongside ABC, our practitioners draw on diversified adjusting, Thompson drop, activator and other low-force methods, dry needling and soft-tissue work. Which techniques we use depends on you: your body, your comfort and your goals. Some people prefer firmer hands-on adjusting; others do better with gentle, low-force care — and we tailor accordingly.

Who will I see?

ReFigure is a five-practitioner team led by Dr Andrew Callister, our Director and Principal Chiropractor, who holds a Psychology degree and a Master of Chiropractic and has previously supported elite ski, snowboard and Olympic-level athletes. You may also see Dr Louren Katague (a former NSWIS athlete who works with ABC, low-force techniques, NET and dry needling) or Dr Natalie Hope (a former NSW volleyball representative who offers ABC, dry needling, IASTM, cupping and TMJ care).
