What chiropractic care involves at ReFigure
Every new patient starts the same way: a proper assessment. We take a history, look at how you move, and explain what we find in plain English before anyone puts a hand on you. If we think chiropractic care is a reasonable fit for what is going on, we will say so and explain why. If we do not, we will tell you that too and point you toward someone better placed.
Chiropractic care is a musculoskeletal approach. It looks at the spine, joints and muscles, how they move, and how they are loaded through your day. After the assessment you will be told what the options are. They may include manual care, lower-force techniques, movement and exercise guidance, doing nothing for now, or referral to your GP or another practitioner. Care is individualised and outcomes vary from person to person, and we will not recommend care you do not need.

The techniques we use
Our signature approach is Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), a full-body manual protocol focused on posture and biomechanics. Depending on what suits you, our chiropractors also draw on diversified adjusting, Thompson drop-table technique, activator and other low-force methods, dry needling and soft-tissue work. Techniques are always matched to your comfort and your presentation, and your chiropractor talks you through what they are doing and why.

Who you will see
ReFigure is led by Dr Andrew Callister (Principal), who holds a Psychology degree and a Master of Chiropractic and has a background training and advising elite athletes, including Olympic and World-Championship ski and snowboard competitors; his signature work combines ABC with EndoNasal Cranial Correction. You may also see Dr Mathew Cullen, who brings 19+ years in strength, conditioning and rehabilitation and works with ABC, rehab and soft-tissue care, or Dr Natalie Hope, a former NSW volleyball representative who uses ABC, dry needling, IASTM, cupping and TMJ-focused care. Cremorne and Cremorne Point, two different pieces of ground
Cremorne and Cremorne Point are two separate suburbs, and the difference changes how you travel to us.
Cremorne sits on the ridge. Military Road runs straight through it as the main road, and the shops at Cremorne Junction sit on that stretch. Murdoch Street, Winnie Street, Spofforth Street and Rangers Road all meet Military Road here, so most local trips begin by joining it. Cremorne Junction is a locality in its own right, and the local post office carries the same name.
The Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace stands on Military Road at number 380, inside Cremorne and in the North Sydney Council area. It is an easy landmark to steer by on the drive east.
Cremorne Point is the peninsula that runs south from the ridge into Sydney Harbour. Milson Road runs down it, and at the top it joins Murdoch Street, which is how you get back onto Military Road. Cremorne Point Wharf sits on Milson Road, and the ferry route from there runs to Circular Quay. The tip of the peninsula is Robertsons Point, which carries a lighthouse, and Shell Cove is the bay on its western side.

In practical terms: from the ridge you are already on the road you need; from the Point you climb back up to it first. From either, the last leg east is the same.

By car
Military Road runs through Cremorne, so from Cremorne Junction you are already on the road to us. Follow Military Road east to Spit Junction. From Cremorne Point, Milson Road joins Murdoch Street, which meets Military Road, and you turn east there. At Spit Junction, Spit Road meets Military Road. Heading east, turn left into Brady Street just before the junction. Our entrance is on Brady Street. Driving directions from Cremorne, or driving directions from Cremorne Point.
By bus
The B-Line (B1) stops at Spit Junction on Spit Road, and the Military Road services to Mosman also stop at Spit Junction. One of those stops sits outside Bridgepoint Shopping Centre on Brady Street, the same street as our entrance. Timetables change, so check transportnsw.info before you travel. Where to park
Our entrance sits on Brady Street, the same short street as Bridgepoint Shopping Centre at 1-3 Brady Street, on the corner of Military Road and Brady Street. Bridgepoint has an on-site car park over two levels. Bridgepoint sets its own rates and time limits, and they change, so read the signs when you arrive. Street parking around the junction is signposted with time limits. For a first visit, park at Bridgepoint and walk to our Brady Street entrance.

No referral is needed to see a chiropractor. You can book online any time, or call (02) 8937 2740 during clinic hours. We have HICAPS on site, so if your extras cover includes chiropractic your health-fund claim is processed at the time of your visit and you pay the gap.
