Where is ReFigure, and how far is it from Neutral Bay?
ReFigure is at 18A Spit Road, Mosman (enter via Brady Street), roughly a 5–10 minute drive from Neutral Bay. Most people head up Military Road and continue onto Spit Road — a route Lower North Shore locals know well. Whether you're coming from Neutral Bay Junction, Kurraba Point, Hayes Street Wharf or the Wycombe Road end, it's an easy, familiar trip that avoids the harbour crossings and city traffic.
There's street parking around Spit Road and Brady Street, and buses along Military Road and Spit Road stop close by — so it's a straightforward visit whether you drive or catch public transport.
Why do Neutral Bay locals choose ReFigure?
Neutral Bay is a busy pocket of the Lower North Shore — a mix of apartment living, young families, professionals commuting to the CBD and plenty of people who like to stay active around Cremorne Point and the foreshore. That lifestyle brings its own aches: long hours at a desk, "tech neck" from the commute, and the strains that come with running, swimming, tennis or the gym.
Our team takes the time to understand your history, your current health and your goals before tailoring care to you. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. With 15+ years behind the clinic, we aim to uncover the underlying cause of your discomfort — not just chase the symptom — using a range of gentle, modern techniques.
What can we help with?
We focus on musculoskeletal concerns and everyday complaints that get in the way of a comfortable, capable life. Care is always individualised, and outcomes vary from person to person, but people commonly come to us for support with:
- Back pain and general spinal stiffness
- Neck pain and "tech neck" from desk and screen work
- Sciatica and related leg discomfort
- Headaches linked to neck and posture
- Posture support for office and commuter life
- Sports niggles from running, swimming, tennis and the gym
What techniques do you use?
Our signature approach is Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) — a full-body manual protocol that looks at your posture and biomechanics as a whole, rather than treating one spot in isolation. Alongside ABC, our practitioners draw on diversified adjusting, Thompson drop, activator and other low-force options, dry needling and soft-tissue work. If you prefer a gentler approach, we have low-force techniques available — your chiropractor talks you through everything and works to your comfort.
Who will I see?
ReFigure is led by Dr Andrew Callister (Director & Principal), who holds a Psychology degree and a Master of Chiropractic, and who previously worked as a trainer advising Olympic athletes and supporting World-Championship ski and snowboard athletes. He's joined by Dr Louren Katague (a former NSWIS athlete, working with ABC, low-force techniques, NET and dry needling) and Dr Natalie Hope (a former NSW volleyball representative, offering ABC, dry needling, IASTM, cupping and TMJ care). Our wellness side includes Laura Gutierrez (Wellness & Vibrational Healing Coach) and John Coady (Counsellor & Psychotherapist). Meet the full team here.
Active in Neutral Bay? We understand the load
Plenty of our Neutral Bay patients lead active lives — training around the foreshore, hitting the courts, or fitting workouts around a demanding job. Our sports-focused care uses gentle techniques tailored to you, supporting movement, helping manage physical strain and aiming to reduce the risk of future niggles. It's the same care philosophy Andrew has brought to elite athletes, now applied to your everyday performance, posture and comfort. Expecting, or caring for little ones? We offer gentle, comfort-focused support through pregnancy and for families too — see our services for more.
Every person is different, so outcomes vary — your care is always assessed and planned around you. If chiropractic isn't the right fit for what you're experiencing, we'll say so and help point you in the right direction.
